EDUCATION

The goal of this meeting, consistent with the mission of ASCP’s Education and Professional Development Program is to provide education and training for pharmacists designed to strengthen the practice of medication management for older adults that contributes to a high quality of life.

The continuing pharmacy education provided by ASCP shall be applicable to the practice of pharmacy through its focus on evidence-based medicine for the delivery of patient-centered care and public health as part of the interprofessional healthcare team, and focus on continually enhancing the quality of care for all older persons through the appropriate use of medication and the promotion of healthy aging.

TARGET AUDIENCE

Pharmacists who provide expert advice on the use of medications to individuals and older adults and are committed to providing person-centered care, considering the complex interrelationships between disease states, nutrition, medications, and other variables.

Obtaining Credit

You must attend the activity in its entirety and complete the exam and/or an evaluation online at ascp.com/learn by December 16, 2026, by 11:59 PM ET. You have three attempts to achieve a 75% or higher on the exam. ASCP reports CPE attainment to ACPE and NABP via the CPE Monitor system. The course should be posted within 24-48 hours of evaluation completion. It is the responsibility of the participant to provide their correct date of birth (MMDD format) and NABP e-Profile ID on their member or guest profile on the ASCP Website prior to completing the course.

To ensure the successful transfer of BCGP credit, please log into your ASCP profile to confirm your correct BPS ID and BCGP Credential Number prior to course completion. Please check your BPS portal within 24-48 hours of completion to ensure BCGP credit upload.

Access Courses

1. Login to the ASCP Learning Center .
2. Locate the title “2026 ASCP Annual Meeting & Exhibition (Live, National Harbor, MD)" listed under your Active Tab.
3. Find the conference day(s) that you attended below and click “view details” for important CE information.
4. To complete a course, find the respective sessions listed within each day.
   • For each live activity that you attended, select “launch.” Click through the menu items in sequence to move through the course process to claim credit. You must attend the activity and complete the course in its entirety to claim credit.
   • **Some courses may contain an exam which must be completed before moving on to the evaluation.
   • All courses contain an evaluation that must be completed for full CPE credit by December 16, 2026, at 11:59 PM ET. No exceptions or extensions are permitted.
   • NOTE: CREDIT CANNOT BE EARNED FOR CONCURRENT LIVE SESSIONS.
5. Once you have completed the course evaluation, please confirm proper submission by checking your CPE Monitor and/or BPS portal (BCGP pharmacists) within 24-48 hours of course completion.

Accreditation

The American Society of Consultant Pharmacists (ASCP) is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE) as a provider of continuing pharmacy education.

ASCP is approved by BPS as a provider for the recertification of BCGP.
