How to Vote
ASCP elections are conducted through a secure third-party voting system. Eligible members will receive instructions and access to the official ballot by email.
- Confirm your email address is current in ASCP's membership database.
- Confirm you have a current Active ASCP membership. Student members are not eligible to vote.
- Review the candidate profiles and responses.
Voting opens October 18 and closes October 31, 2026, at 11:59 PM ET. Eligible members will receive instructions for accessing the secure voting system.
You do not need to attend the Annual Meeting to vote. Ballots may be cast at any time during the voting period.
Members who have not yet voted may receive reminder emails.
Attendees will have opportunities to hear directly from candidates and speak with them about issues important to ASCP members.
You may vote before the meeting or after meeting the candidates, as long as you submit your ballot by the October 31 deadline. Voting assistance will be available at the Annual Meeting.
Election Results
Results of the 2026 ASCP elections will be announced via email on November 2, 2026, and posted at ASCP.com/elections .
