ASCP’s Election Process – Meet the Candidates!
At ASCP’s 2026 Annual Meeting, meet and talk with candidates running for Board of Directors and President-Elect prior to casting your vote! There will be opportunities to hear directly from the candidates and speak with them about issues that are important to you.
Open Director Positions:
- Region A (Northeast) - CT, MA, ME, NH, NJ, NY, RI, VT
- Region F (South Central) - AR, LA, NM, OK, TX
- Region H (Northwest) - AK, HI, ID, MT, OR, WA, WY
- President-Elect
Prior to Voting:
- Please confirm your email is up to date in ASCP’s database
- Confirm you have a current Active ASCP membership (student members are not permitted to vote)
Voting Process:
- All voting is handled through a secure third-party voting system. Directions on how to vote will be provided prior to the start of elections. (For those that don’t vote right away, reminder emails will be sent.)
- Voting will open October 18, 2026, and run through October 31, 2026, at 11:59 PM ET.
- If you can’t make it to the Annual Meeting, you’ll be able to vote any time from October 18 – October 31.
- For those attending the Annual Meeting, you may vote prior to the meeting or once you’ve met the candidates. If you need assistance voting, we’ll be able to assist at the Annual Meeting.
Elections results will be announced via email on November 2 and posted at ASCP.com/elections.
