  • Promotion codes cannot be combined and must be used at the time of purchase. 
  • All promotion codes will expire at midnight ET on August 20, 2026. Promo codes may not be used on site. 
  • Online registration will close at midnight ET on October 28, 2026. Onsite registration will open on October 29th.
  • All refund requests must be made in writing and postmarked no later than October 10, 2026. A $50 cancellation fee per registrant will be charged. A refund will be processed at the conclusion of the annual meeting. No cancellations will be refunded after October 10, 2026. (Refunds only, does not include changing format.)
  • Due to the educational nature of this program, children under the age of 18 are not permitted in the meeting/session room. This policy is established to avoid disruptions during programming, reduce liability, and help maintain ASCP’s professional learning environment.
  • Photography and Filming: Any person who attends an ASCP Annual Meeting event grants permission to ASCP, its employees and agents (collectively “ASCP”) to record his or her visual/audio images, including but not limited to: photographs, digital images, voices, sound or video recordings, audio clips, or accompanying written descriptions, and, without notifying such person, to use his or her name and such images for any purpose of ASCP, including advertisements for ASCP and its programs. Portions of ASCP2026 may be recorded for web casting and other marketing/education purposes. Unauthorized audiotaping and videotaping are prohibited.
